Share a link people can scan
A QR code can connect a printed sign, handout, or product label to a web page without asking someone to type a long address. Enter a full URL or short text above and generate the image. Open the PNG image to save it for your design.
Before printing, scan the code with more than one phone and check that it opens the intended destination. A short, stable URL is easier to maintain than a temporary file link. Leave enough white space around the code and avoid printing it so small that a phone cannot focus on it.
Check what the code contains
A QR code stores the exact text you enter. If a URL changes later, an already printed static code will still point to the old address. Use a URL you control if you may need to update the destination in the future.
Privacy and availability
Generating the image sends the entered content to the external QR image provider. Do not use this tool for passwords, private tokens, or confidential text. Image generation also needs an internet connection and depends on that provider being available.
